Reservation & Payment > A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to confirm a booking. > The remaining 70% is due at least 14 days before the tour start date. > Bookings made within 14 days of the tour date must be paid in full at the time of booking. 2. Cancellation Policy > Free cancellation up to 14 days before the tour date. > 50% refund for cancellations made 7–13 days before the tour. > No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour or for no-shows. > In case of force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic restrictions), full refunds or rescheduling will be offered. 3. Modifications > Changes to bookings (date, number of guests, etc.) are free of charge if requested at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. > Last-minute changes (within 48 hours) are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees. 4. No-Show Policy > Guests who do not arrive at the designated meeting point at the agreed time will be considered no-shows and are not eligible for refunds. 5. Children & Special Needs > Children under [specific age] may join at a discounted rate or free (depending on the tour). > Please inform us in advance of any special needs or dietary requirements. 6.
