Arusha National Park is a small but diverse park located in northern Tanzania, near the city of Arusha. It is known for its stunning scenery, including Mount Meru, lush rainforests, Ngurdoto Crater, and the beautiful Momella Lakes, which attract flamingos and other birdlife. The park is home to giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, colobus monkeys, and more. Unlike many other parks, Arusha offers walking safaris and canoeing, allowing for a more intimate wildlife experience. It’s an ideal destination for a day trip or as a starting point for a northern Tanzania safari.
